Root & Thrive offers inclusive programs and events for individuals with disabilities and others facing barriers to independence.

Activities may include:

Families and Caregivers

Families and caregivers are an important part of the Root & Thrive community.

We want caregivers to feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Depending on the program, caregivers may be invited to stay, participate, connect with other families, or enjoy time nearby while their loved one takes part.

Community Partners

Root & Thrive is strengthened by local businesses, schools, organizations, professionals, and community members who believe in creating more inclusive communities.

Community partners can support our mission by:
